Financial technology provider Spotware Systems is looking for a Head of Recruitment and Human Resources to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure company uses resources beneficially.
As the Head of Human Resources, you responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems.
Ultimately, you will ensure our Recruitment&HR department operates efficiently and aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Recruitment Team and manage/improve the recruitment process
- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Design company policies and procedures
- Review and update employment contracts and agreements
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience working in a similar role
- Fluency in Russian and English is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Thorough knowledge of Cyprus labour legislation
