G5 Entertainment AB is searching for a Head of Recruiting.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

Design, implement, upgrade and develop the full set of recruitment processes;
Automation of recruitment processes;

Management of the Recruitment Team (10+);

Budgeting of all recruitment expenses, budget creation and maintenance;

Insure full-cycle recruitment (including international) for all roles across all functions;

Provide qualitative job descriptions and candidate profiles for open positions;

Take a proactive part in workforce planning;

Provide effective solutions in order to attract applicants and meet overall needs in staffing;

Effective communication with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, networking, headhunting, advertising and other sources which can boost recruitment efforts;

Work closely with PR / Event team on employer value proposition design projects in order to promote HR brand;

Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and reporting, provide regular reports to VP of People Operations;

Consult Recruiters, HR and Hiring Managers in the field of recruitment issues, conduct training, coach interviewers on best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong recruitment skills and understanding of all recruitment processes, state-of-the-art instruments and methods;

Strategic thinker with the clear vision;

3+ years of experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process for high-growth IT, digital companies;

Strong management, decision-making and problem-solving skills;

Ability to be a mentor, coacher and a leader who can develop and motivate a team;

English Intermediate +.
