For now, we are looking for a Head of Real Estate Department (in-house) in Dubai UAE. We’re seeking a highly qualified person with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Objectives of this Role

Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

Research consumer needs and identifies how our solutions meet them

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, using all the IT infrastructure and lead generation tools of the company
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Discussing with shareholders the best conditions for buying and selling their real estate assets

Identification of risks and taxes in the transaction, organization of receipt of tax advice

Negotiation of agency agreements, participation in negotiations

Supervising other office employees

Look for hot offers on the market

Build strategies, road maps, and plans
Skills and Qualifications

5+ years in the Real Estate environment
