In connection with the opening of a real estate agency with an office in Dubai, requires an experienced manager who is able to run the work from scratch. This position involves business trips and possible relocation to Dubai in the future.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education;
English proficiency of at least C1 (speaking and writing);
6 or more years experience in Residential Real Estate market;
3 or more years of experience in sales management;
Ability to build and manage business processes independently;
Experience in optimization of work process, analysis of employees' performance;
PC user skills;
System thinking, leadership skills, working for the result;
Negotiation and conflict management skills;
Availability to negotiate and resolve conflict situations;
Willingness to travel and possible relocation in Dubai.
Professional Responsibilities:
Running the office operations from scratch;
Formation of sales team, training and adaptation of employees;
Participation in the formation and approval of the general and individual sales plans, control of its implementation;
Coordinating the reporting of all departments;
Analysis of individual and group performance of the employees;
Quality control of services, monitoring and analysis of real estate market;
Reporting on the results of all offices.
