Lamoda is searching for a Head of Quality.
Responsibilities:
Review existing Quality system (incl. org structure, standards, people, governance in general) and development a plan for its reinforcement on 2 years horizon;
Build holistic Quality system within Company;
Be a sub matter expert and bring a fresh view in the field of Quality, discover new approaches to develop;
Lead full-cycle Quality improvement projects & support big cross-functional projects;
In cooperation with the Process Improvement team define areas for development in the Organization;
Bring the expertise of Lean, 6 sigma, ISO standards and define a strategy to implement these approaches;
Control KPI (rejection rate, complaints rate, damage rate, etc.) and expand existing KPIs set with reference to the Company’s strategy;
Manage 2 teams: Quality in Delivery & in Fulfillment Center.
Requirements:
3+ years of people management — at least 5 people is a must;
2+ years of experience in Lean projects & process improvements projects;
Experience in consulting (Operational efficiency, strategy & operations, operations, implementation, etc.);
Industry experience in Retail, FMCG, Service companies (transportation companies, delivery companies, Fulfillment centers, telecom companies, etc.);
Proficiency in project and process management;
Knowledge of various approaches how to increase efficiency & quality;
Commitment to quality and attention to details;
Excellent communication skills;
Good negotiation skills;
Good understanding of customers’ needs and expectations;
Excellent analytical skills.
