В международную EdTech-компанию Refocus требуется Head of Quality Control.
Refocus is a global EdTech company. Company has already changed the lives of more than 5 000 students in 7 countries. Goal is to launch 20 products in Indonesia, the Philippines, and all the countries across the Asia region. The №1 goal is to equip students with skills that will be in demand in the Asian market for at least 30 years.
Responsibilities:
- Build an effective quality control department, test hypotheses
- Fully responsible for hiring and managing a team of 10-15 quality control specialists (all planning meetings, 1-on-1, etc.)
- Monitor the implementation of your team's plan (assessment of approx. 500-1000 calls a month)
- Develop a new effective system of call quality assessment
Requirements:
- English C1 and above is a must
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices
- amoCRM knowledge as a plus
- Experience in QC (Sales) for at least 3 years, experience in managing a QC team
