Glovo is looking for a Head of Q-Commerce.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Be owner of the Q-Commerce partners P&L in Spain, monitoring and improving financials
Lead a team of +10 people to greatness
Grow and consolidate Glovo as Spain leading app for groceries and retail delivery
Work with a cross-functional team (marketing, operations, procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution
Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement
Hire top talent, help them perform and inspire them to grow
Lead by example by being incredibly truth seeking, making data-driven decisions, and setting the high standards for your team
YOU HAVE:
Minimum 6 years of experience in retail / fast-paced environments (startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, top internet firms)
Experience managing and inspiring people
Incredible commercial skills
360 degrees profile: you feel comfortable discussing operations, sales and growth
Data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
Problem solver, results-driven, creative thinking with perfect written and spoken communication
You love building things from from scratch — and scaling them up
Extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
Interest in start-ups, technology, and a fast-paced environment
Proactive, organised, and obsessed with details
Proficient in English and Spanish
Owner and accountable
You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented
