А global technology company powering the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising Criteo is looking for a Head of Publisher Partnerships Russia who will drive strategy and relationships at the most strategic level in the Russian market.

 

What You Will Do
The Head of Publisher Partnerships is responsible for growing the revenue of publisher clients in region. Providing regular and best in class service to client portfolio including reporting and forecasting, as well as consultative upselling of new Criteo products to fulfil their strategic business requirements Relationship Management: Foster C level relationships with the executives of your portfolio of TIER 1 publishers and online portals in the Russian market Managing local teams of experienced business development managers.
In addition to the development, growth and enhancement of Criteos publishers network, the Business Development Director is responsible to seek new business opportunities and partnerships to improve organizations strategic market position and achieve financial growth. Successful candidates for this position will possess superior communication and relationship building skills that can be applied to both the sales process and internal communications.
Act as a consultant to your publishers providing market-specific advice and global best practices. Building and maintaining product and industry knowledge, keeping abreast of product enhancements and latest industry trends, and providing market feedback to publisher sales management and other company functions. Tracking campaign performance and ensuring timely optimization of all campaigns. Negotiate changes to terms and conditions of contracts.
You will be working together with the Russian leadership team, Sales and Marketing to identify new business partnership opportunities and helping to drive continued growth of the region. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
You will be using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators. Build close working relationships and proactively provide strategic business initiatives to the senior management team at Criteo. This would include multidisciplinary stakeholders, including Client Services, Marketing, Operations and Product teams.

 

Who You Are
Minimum BA degree, MBA preferred
Have a minimum 8 years proven experience in the online media buying space and be able to demonstrate strong existing relationships in the space Expert understanding of the premium publisher landscape
Well-versed in market-specific conditions, technologies and trends Extensive experience in the online media buying space and be able to demonstrate strong existing relationships in the space
Proven managerial experience and ability to manage and develop people.
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics CPM, CPC and CPA
Good understanding of the online digital market and the online performance market place with RTB , DSP , eCPM
Strong communication, project management and negotiation/influencing skills
Bilingual Russian and English
Good knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioral targeting technology.
