GameAnalytics is currently the #1 analytics tool for anyone building a mobile game. Now the company is looking for an experienced Head of Publisher Business Development.
About the team
You’ll be part of a new project team which will work closely with our studios & publishers to help them make the most of their ad-based monetisation, with a set of new tools and services.
What we are looking for
Develop and implement go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies
Work with our top studios and publishers to find business opportunities, and convert customers to new product lines
Manage customer and opportunity pipeline, and ensure business targets and growth KPIs are achieved
Hire and manage additional resources on the team to support BD efforts, customer onboarding, and SDK integration
Coach the team to drive the adoption of our services. Act as a ‘player coach’: willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute when necessary, always leading and coaching through your personal example.
Synthesize customer feedback to help advance our product roadmap, and provide business insight to ensure adequate prioritisation
Work cross functionally with a variety of internal teams, including Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, Admin
Manage the project budget, and ensure business priorities are met within the assigned time & resources
Attend training, seminars and workshops as and when deemed necessary.
Requirements
5-10 years experience in mobile gaming or the mobile advertising ecosystem
Proven track record of driving revenue and business growth
Demonstrated management and leadership abilities
Excellent technical understand and ability to work with mobile game developers and data engineers
Desirable
Science degree, especially Computer Science or related
Multiple languages – e.g. French, Turkish, Russian, Mandarin, Spanish
