Сеть магазинов косметики Sephora, входящая в холдинг Louis Vuitton, открывает вакансию Head of Project Management Office.

 

The Head of Project Management Office will be in charge of delivering the projects portfolio on time, on budget, in scope and to the required quality specification. He/she will have a direct report line to General Manager Russia and deliver the projects with the support of the external project team.

 

Key responsibilities:
Lead the project management office, organize and control its effective execution.
Organization of project management processes in the company in line with the Company strategy that contributes to operational efficiency.
Manage the allocated internal/external resources, including third parties activities and ensure projects targets (scope, schedule, cost, quality) are constantly monitored to ensure project delivery & success.
Develop, track, review and maintain detailed project management & execution plans and implement them; maintain project deliverables in line with the project plans.
Work closely with stakeholders and sub project teams to ensure proper interfacing and alignment in the overall project plan.
Providing status update to the key stakeholders via regular meetings and reports.
Prioritize the projects in line with short-term and long-term strategy of the Company.
Define the implementation strategy of the projects and supervise the change management activities including training, user support and communication.
Define and organize project steering activities, advise and review the overall plan and status of the projects.
Track project risks and decide on corrective measures and/or any trade-offs needed to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs.
Ensure the development of expertise and know how in his/her field of responsibility.

 

Successful candidate’s profile:
Minimum 10 years of overall business experience, with at least 5 years in project management, ideally within a company that also operates many retail stores
Proven Project Management skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with key partners in Sales, Category Management, E-Commerce, HR, Finance, and other areas as appropriate
Listens actively to his stakeholders to decode needs, qualify them properly and transform them in relevant solutions; imagines and promotes alternative options/solutions if needed
Rapidly acquires new knowledge and keeps constantly updated of technological opportunities & market trends in his/her field
Manages methodology, timing, budget and resource allocation
Understands the “big picture” of the business, the operating model, the processes and the roles within the organizations
Ability to lead and function as a positive agent of change within the organization
Ability to work in the quickly developing environment with orientation to final results and transparent communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with all levels of business acting with empathy, honesty and transparency
Quick-thinking, result-oriented and pro-active with drive and energy to act in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English is a must.
