В компанию по продаже медоборудования Canon Medical Systems требуется Head of Project Management (medical equipment).
Canon Medical Systems - осуществляет разработку, производство, продажу и обслуживание диагностических рентгеновских систем, ультразвукового медицинского оборудования, аппаратов, позволяющих проводить КТ и МРТ исследования.
Responsibilities:
- Team management
- Effective communication with customer/end-customer related to a project
- On-site review and premises analysis. Regular review of construction works
- Define realistic project timeline, complexity, necessary resources allocation
- Define major risks within the project and propose mitigation measures
- Define and measure additional costs related to project and critical calculation analysis
- Develop and negotiate project plan including technical requirements related to equipment. Execution control
- Release complete documentation package for a project to the customer
- Prepare project analysis including finance result according to defined methodology
- Quarterly review of projects including proposals for process improvement
- Support of dealer and end user in successful implementation the project
Requirements:
- Higher education in technical area
- Good knowledge of the medical diagnostics equipment and IT
- Working experience in project management at least 3 years
- Knowledge of project management theories and practice
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Responsible, able to learn quickly
- Good analytical skills
- Team player
- Ready to travel >70%
