musicAeterna — это один из самых востребованных коллективов в области аутентичного исполнительства. Проект был создан по инициативе дирижера Теодора Курентзиса и успел завоевать сердца поклонников музыки в Афинах, Вене, Амстердаме, Лондоне, Париже, Баден-Бадене, Москве, Санкт-Петербурге и Перми. Оркестр также имеет эксклюзивный контракт с лейблом Sony Classical.
Job description:
● Planning, production of concerts / theatrical / artistic performances / filming, within agreed time and budget, coordination of all team participants, using inputs from Teodor Currentzis and curators/creative producers.
● Plan events using inputs from all stakeholders
● Create a budget with an appropriate reserve and follow it
● Before the event prepare Scenario, Schedule, Technical rider in agreement with the Artistic Director
● Together with artistic advisors, create a production plan that can achieve artistic goals within resource constraint (people, budget, equipment)
● Recruit the appropriate staff and overseeing work of production team
● See the production through from conception to concert/performance/recording/final cut.
● Ensure that the final product is of the highest quality.
● Approve all decisions on props, sets, scheduling changes, riders, scripts, etc.
● Resolve internal conflict during production.
● Assist the marketing and promotion of the products.
● Work in collaboration with Development department on communicating with sponsorsand donors of the events
● Coordinate work of the producers.
Requirements:
● A bachelor degree in film, music management, communications, or journalism
● Good interpersonal and communications skills
● Self-discipline
● Good team working skills
● Project work experience at least 7 years in p (Please provide portfolio of your works)
● Knowledge of the cultural market
● Advanced English skills
