Требования
5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful launches.
Upper Intermediate level of English fluency as you will communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.
Experience in managing SMB and/or Enterprise customers expectations is a plus.
Experience in Agile software engineering environments and demonstrated ability to partner successfully with engineering teams ensuring prompt delivery.
Tech-savvy approach, use and implement data analytics tools. Nice to have — be able to run SQL/Python requests to get statistics.
Strategic thinker combined with planned execution. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure towards tight deadlines.
Experience leading product teams establishing product roadmaps and ensuring teams deliver on key achievements.
Experience in the B2B SaaS space is a plus. Experience with Marketplace space is an extra plus.

Build, guide, mentor, motivate and retain a team of product managers and designers.
Own and report on the product metrics; be a co-owner of the associated P&L along with your business counterpart.
Guide development of the product strategy and roadmap with a team of product managers and business personnel.
Ship high-quality products from ideas and concepts through validation, shipping, measurement, and iterations for succesfull launches.
Use data to evaluate the impact of new features post-launch, uncover new opportunities, and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with teams from the Customer Success, Sales, UX design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver extraordinary products to our customers. Structure and lead effective sprints and meetings to keep everyone on track.
Build and create product strategy with our key partners such as Facebook, TikTok and other platforms to leverage the maximum outcome for business and win-win partnership.
Actively monitor key business metrics for both customer profiles — advertisers (demand) and creators (supply) and adjust team priorities as appropriate to deliver on financial and customer adoption goals.

Full-time.
Remote or Moscow office (preferably).
Required time availability from 9 am to 12 pm EST to sync up with our North American team.
Salary commensurate with interview and experience.
Work schedule follows all Russian workdays and federal holidays.
