В международную EdTech-компанию Refocus ищут Head of Product.
Head of Product
Company is looking for an experienced Head of Product to join the Refocus team. Your primary goal in this role is to develop and implement a product vision and strategy based on best practices of learning experience and seamless experience.
About Refocus
Refocus is a remote-first EdTech company with more than 250 employees in more than 10 countries all over the world. Helps people in South East Asia to get an IT profession and get employed in 6 months. Launched in January 2022 in the Philippines and Indonesia and has already reached >$750k in monthly revenue and more than 4500 students.
Company plans to launch 4 professions and reach $1 mln in revenue by the end of the year.
What you are going to do:
- Expand and execute a strategic vision for the Refocus product
- Own and execute product strategy
- Lead and develop a team of 3-6 Products
- Employ and evangelize the data-centric approach and introduce processes to constantly improve student success metrics
- Closely monitor, measure, and interpret key metrics
- Align and report to the C-level suite and founders of the company
Required skills:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- 1-2 years of proven working experience in leading the delivery of E-learning products (product vision and strategy, LX design, product analytics)
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
- English level B2/C1
- Critical thinking: you are not framed by your past experience, always trying to find new solutions and make more decisions
