В финтех-компанию EcoFinance (группа компаний Dyninno Group) требуется Head of Product.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversees the competitive landscape across all markets and competitors to suggest on developing our products’ competitive advantage/ additional features and services to increase revenue/ decrease loss
- Manages current products, involving its Unit Economics with all Functional Leads
- Re-translate business goals into exact products’ roadmap for launch in new territories
- Manages all product development with IT (Scope, Groom, Prioritization, Release)
- Anticipate law changes and re-translate them into products’ changes needed beforehand
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from business, operations, customer support, marketing, and other teams to align product development with business needs
- Oversee the management of product backlogs and prioritization of features
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of product analytics and ensure data-driven decision making
- Lead product review and demo sessions for stakeholders and teams
- Continually research market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy
Skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience as Head of Product/Product Lead or Senior Product Manager role at least 5 years, preferably managing remote team
- Proven track record of improving unit economics of the online lending product stand alone and together with additional fees & services
- Previous hands-on experience of product management in fintech, insurance or e-commerce industries
- Excellent leadership skills including problem solving, communication, and employee development, stakeholders’ management
- Strong strategic thinking and business way of thinking with a demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with organization goals
- Proven track record of success in leading software development teams working with multiple products and in different locations
- Solid understanding of IT Technologies and project management tools
- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues in English
