The company is looking for a Head of Product to contribute to the evolution of the Tabby into broader financial services. You will be responsible for multiple products spanning across various use cases in consumer credit, spending and financial well being and help to scale these unique offerings in the MENA region.
As a Head of Product, you are responsible for the full product vision, strategy, and execution. You will have full ownership of the problem space and solutions based on deep knowledge of the end user (both customer and partners), data usage (of the products, industry, competitive landscape), and business strategy. This role will have direct responsibility for Product resources, lead and collaborate closely with engineering teams, and build an innovative and optimized fulfillment platform for the customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Business/Product strategy definition, validation, and development
- Setting high-level Product-Engineering objectives and key results
- Prioritizing product and engineering initiatives based on analytics and research
- Planning and executing initiatives
- Researching needs of existing and prospect users
- Defining business requirements for solutions, outlining solution contours and facilitating technical design in engineering teams
- Maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs
- Leading product function’s overall initiatives and goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years as Product Manager
- At least 2 years as a product lead leading consumer products in financial services, fintech or banking domain
- Experience in decision-making, solving problems, leading delivery of complex or difficult projects to clients
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
- Strong Presentation skills
- Fluent in English
Bonus skills:
- Previous experience in leading a product function as product-engineering teams in a fast-growing start-up or dynamic fintech company
- Previous experience in assembling teams, set up organizational development process and structures as well as promoting engineering teams` work to drive work results, team goals and objectives and / or metrics, KPIs
- Previous experience in building alignment, advocating for priority with cross-functional partners and organizing work stream
