Hype Auditor is an analytical tool for Instagram and YouTube that allows advertisers to check influencers for fake followers, comments and likes. The company is looking for a Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
The Head of Product will own the operation of the Product Management team.
Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, and Product Design to develop overall product strategy and define the vision, roadmap, and goals for our products.
Provide fact-based data analysis to ensure that new product offerings meet customer demands.
Partner with engineering to establish rapid product development and deployment processes with a small team that can accelerate, build, design, test and launch releases with constant updates.
Oversee feature prioritization for the development teams and keep programs running on time within an agile development environment.
Qualities and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management working with technology products for English speaking users.
Track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful product launches.
Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Very strong strategic and analytical acumen.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a startup or other fast-paced environment.
