Requirements:
- Expertise in digital entertainment technology startups, VR, AR, AI. Web3 innovation expertise is a plus
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Director
- Fluent English spoken and written skills (English C1)
- Proven experience in launching full-scale global advertising campaigns
- Proven experience in accelerating product profit goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the product’s marketing strategy
- Develop solutions for product-market fit
- Develop and implement the communication strategy
- Develop solutions and implement the product’s monetization strategy
- Develop and implement a strategy to increase the investment attractiveness of the company's products in the areas of VR, mobile, streaming
- Develop and implement an effective B2B strategy to promote the company's brand and products
- Performance marketing: provide key metrics for product growth in the key markets
- Brand marketing: ensure the presence of the company's brand in the key markets
- Prepare and control the implementation of the marketing budget
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented projects and report about it
