inDrive is looking for a Head of Product (Fintech).
Responsibilities:
- Lead seven product management teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders, C-level, and industry experts, to identify market needs and opportunities
- Define cluster product strategy based on market research, customer experience, and business objectives
- Be responsible for the end product
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and growth, to ensure successful product delivery
- Analyze key metrics and user feedback to iterate on products and drive continuous improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and decision-making
- Mentor and coach product managers to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products in the FinTech industry
- Strong understanding of financial services, including payments, lending, antifraud, scoring
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product plans
