Key Responsibilities:
Managing of Product Department
People management including trainings and succession planning (4 managers, 7 specialists)
Sales support
Russia and CIS market analysis and monitoring
Strategy development and execution
Forecasting and budget planning process participation
Driving marketing activities as part of strategy
Competition monitoring
Pricing analysis and level proposal (level definition, not offers itself as it is part on commercial department job using new CRM system)
Profile:
Higher education (technical, medical)
Knowledge of medical equipment
Advanced user of MS Office, knowledge of Excel as a must
Responsible, able to learn quickly
English — Upper-intermediate
Good analytical skills
Ability to travel (30%)
