Gett Delivery is searching for Head of Product.
The Role
Gett Delivery is looking for an experienced Head of Product to join Gett Delivery global management, and be the top product leader in the organization, with responsibility of the whole Gett Delivery product suite.
As a Head of Product, you will lead a team of product managers, product UX designers and product analysts, and ensure every team member performs to the highest standards and grows professionally. In addition you will inspire the whole Gett Delivery organization (RnD and Business Operations) and evangelize the product vision and strategy.
Company is looking for a product leader with at least 7 years of relevant experience - including both product management and people management. You should have top-notch product management skills, as well as experience defining product strategy, working with OKRs, building roadmaps, and inspiring people to deliver high impact and value-driven products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a top-performing cross-functional team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Product Analysts
- Develop deep expertise of the last-mile delivery and ecommerce industry, its economics and market dynamics, to driver future innovation at Gett Delivery
- Own the Gett Delivery products suite end-to-end, shaping the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and ensuring we’re continuously providing value to delight customers
- Be an expert on product planning, customer discovery, product development processes, stakeholder management and internal evangelism, so you can inspire and motivate the team
- Ensure customer-facing products provide the best-in-class UX, and help customers achieve their goals of meeting delivery SLA commitments to their consumers in a cost-effective manner
- Grow the team as the need arises, and ensure company has top-level product team members
- Contribute to building out the overall product organization at Gett Delivery
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a product manager, for large-scale, international B2B products and/or SaaS products
- 3+ years of managerial experience in an international environment and across multiple sites
- Great people skills, paired with a high level of assertiveness. You’re a leader people willingly follow, and you know how to build collaborative relationships to engage people into missions
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, English and Russian-fluency is a must
- Customer-obsession- you’re keen on conducting customer research, product discovery, to validate product ideas and optimize UX and business results
- Strong analytical and strategic skills. You use data to inform your decisions
- Experience launching multiple successful customer-facing products at scale
- Biased towards action, and achieving business outcomes
- Strong coordination skills, able to initiate, prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously
