В IT-компанию Conundrum открыта вакансия Head of Product & Customer Support.

What will do:

  • Design product & customer support business function, including scope of work, job descriptions, interaction points with Product Owners and Customers (bug-fixing, customer feedback, filling the Product Roadmap), key metrics, etc.;
  • Develop Conundrum Industrial standard Service Level Agreement for Industrial Customers;
  • Launch and operationally manage Product & Customer support at Conundrum;
  • Instaff/ outstaff relevant job openings within the department;
  • Build relevant documentation (technical, regulatory, check lists, customer instructions, etc.);
  • Design and run Customer training programs;
  • On a continuous basis collect customer feedback, contribute development ideas into the product development roadmap;

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading product OR customer support teams;
  • Experience of delivering IT services to large industrial customers;
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree (high preference for technical degrees);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Structured result-oriented approach;
  • Proven can-do attitude;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (business communication with native speakers).

 

Nice to haves:

  • Understanding of relevant industries;
  • Expertise in industrial AI;
  • Experience in building teams / starting functions from scratch;
  • ITIL certified.
