Responsibilities:
- Organize the partner analytics team, build processes for analysts in product teams
- Set up communication channels between analysts and adjacent departments
- Handle hiring, growth, and professional development for your team
- Help the development team set priorities for projects and make decisions based on reliable and accurate data
- Develop a system of product metrics, study interrelations with the company’s business metrics
- Cultivate the service’s analytical infrastructure
- Improve the infrastructure in place for quality control and data stability
- Help build related processes impacting our data quality
- Run experiments and explain the results
- Work with colleagues to figure out ways to improve the service
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an analytical role for the past two years
- Experience working as a lead for analytical or machine learning products
- Experience in product analytics
- Thorough understanding of Python and SQL, and the ability to teach others about them
- Excellent command of data tools
- Strong understanding of machine learning
- Willing to make decisions and take responsibility
- Capable of identifying problems and evaluating their scale as well as the potential benefit inherent to resolving them
- Capable of handling complex assignments
- Working closely with development, marketing, and product development teams
- Willing to take risks and create new, non-trivial solutions
- Ability to think systematically
