В одно из крупнейших интернет-издательств TheSoul Publishing требуется Head of Procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Create Procurement function from scratch, that will be responsible for the centralized procurement for all entities of TheSoul Publishing Group (Cyprus, Latvia, Russia, Hungary, Poland, USA, UK)
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sourcing and procurement plans
- Plan and manage the work of the Procurement team (3-5 employees): sourcing activities (market research, price and other key terms & conditions negotiations, in-depth involvement in contract preparation and signing); on-contract procurement and invoice management activities; supplier performance assessment
- Quarterly reporting on the results of Procurement function work against KPIs and SLA
Required qualifications:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
- Experience in Procurement field 7+ years, full S2P cycle, work in different jurisdictions or/and with international procurement is required
- Successful experience in creation of Procurement function, including scope of services, organization structure, functional strategy, procurement policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills, ability to justify the position and convince other stakeholders and partners
- Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking, ability to predict/identify issues in a timely manner, and suggest solutions
- Solid commercial and contractual knowledge, including the third-party risk assessment
- Successful experience in team management, including planning, monitoring, and assessment of the team
- Experience in automation of source-to-pay processes
- Ability to work independently, accept responsibility, and take decisions
- Advanced user of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency in English
