В рамках немецкой компании-производителя строительного оборудования открыта позиция Head of Procurement department.

 

Responsibility:

Effective management of the company’s procurement activities;
Creation and implementation of purchasing strategy for all categories, understand current market situation, market trends, key drivers;
Strategic role contributing and reviewing Policy, procedures, supplier relationships;
Analysis of supplier base to categories spend according to strategic and operational requirements;
Analysis spend, continuously search and identifying opportunities for cost optimization, ensure savings commitments and risk management;
Provide reporting of the results, cost saving activities;
Ensure high level service for internal clients;
Conduct tenders and contracting process;
Develop relationships with staff, managers and Directors involved in the procurement process to understand business requirements;
Development of the team members with training, workshops and individual designed educational programs.

 

Еxperience:

Proven work experience as a purchasing manager -> 6 years professional experience in procurement;
Experienced in Managing team;
Good knowledge vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);
Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses;
Negotiation skills;
Customer- and service orientated.
