Food manufacturer is searching for a Head оf Private Label Russia and CIS. The opportunity is for a Head of Private Label Russia&CIS, initially responsible for the development of sales and supply of Private Label (food) products to the Modern Trade segment throughout Russia and CIS from scratch.
Attributes:
Strong business development and account management skills
Proven track record and experience of Modern Trade channel (food segment is a plus), ideally with a good network of contacts
Experience of Tender process (Modern Trade and Government tender process would be a plus)
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Experience in sales / supply contracts
Understanding of the Private Label segment
The successful candidate would:
Report to the HQ and have access to the Factory Management team for day to day issues
Immediately add value to this new proposition
Seek out opportunities and develop them
Prepare contract and supply detail in collaboration with Factory Production Management
Manage the process throughout; from planning to payment
Benefits:
The package will be performance related i.e. basic salary, plus uncapped commission / bonus scheme.
