B2C luxury leader company is searching for Head of Prestige Portfolio.
The Role:
Manage with Sales, the dedicated Distributor for Prestige Portfolio, suggesting commercial terms and approaches
Directly visit key Prestige customers to engage, build business relationships with key influencers and secure new listings and increase visibility of company brands across defined account base
Support Commercial and Marketing Directors to develop portfolio and channel strategies for Prestige channel using market insight
Recommend channel / key customer investment levels to secure menu feature, distribution and promo activity - and monitor spend versus budget
Development of key customer Account Plans and strategies and support Sales in development of Account Plans and strategies
Educate, Coach and mentor the team of the distributor for the Prestige Portoflio brands
Evaluation and review of promotional activity and propose effectiveness improvement
Responsible for in-depth channel understanding across the Prestige channel
Run engagement activities with target clients, and visit/nurture relationship with them (any, from BtB key decision makers, till owner of relevant on trade outlets for the portofolio)
Engage key trade/decision maker and influencers and implement plan to drive advocacy on Prestige portfolio with key actors
The Candidate:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Sales Management or equivalent
5 years Sales or Marketing experience with demonstrated track record of excellence
Relevant experience in Luxury or Premium segment is a must
Very good communication and influencing capabilities
Ability to work autonomously and managing priorities
Proven experience in working cross-functionally on challenging projects and track record of delivering excellent results within challenging deadlines
