What matters most for this role:
- Relevant experience in similar position;
- Proven results in corporate change management, process improvement, efficiency optimization;
- Expertise in Agile management methods and culture;
- Solid understanding of software development process;
- Previous experience in managing service delivery model is a must, solid understanding of service delivery models and economy (experience in product development model as an advantage);
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (project tracking, task tracking, time tracking, BI);
- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools (community management, knowledge bases);
- Working experience with internal automation tools (ERP, BPM, CRM, HR portals, Recruitment Automation, BI tools for analytics);
- Effective communication and people management skills;
- English level B2+ for business communication.
Essential duties:
- Manage PMO organization as a center of management expertise, services provider for business, and strategic initiatives project management;
- Ensure business processes regular maintenance and constant improvement (with main focus on IT delivery services);
- Drive business performance analysis;
- Drive change management;
- Oversee effective communications and knowledge management;
- PMO team leadership, people management;
- Service request management for internal automation.
