AliExpress Россия в поиске Head of PMO.
Responsible for the AliExpress Russia project management and technical support of online problems. You will lead and set up whole company projects flow.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-project management and monitoring, PMO collects and aggregates the information, progress, KPI of all the projects, report to business team and R&D team;
- Manage all the requirements comes from business team and list project informations in dash board, report to RND team and business team;
- Learn and understanding the business knowledge of AliExpress website, App, and new business modules;
- Deeply in support of technical problems in every business systems, include online fault emergency response, coordinate the resolving and the business guarantee, optimize and improve the online quality, efficiency in problem resolving;
- Improve the efficiency in project management process.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leading large-scale IT Projects, preferably in E-Commerce field
- 5+ years working experience in IT/Telecom industry , has deeply understanding in fields of development, testing, technical consult, project management;
- Good analyze abilities in resolving problems, can resolve problems with team work;
- Working under the pressure, able to handle multiple tasks in parallel;
- Good communication skills, good level of English;
- Have PMP certification.
