Airbus is looking for a Head of PMO.
Job Description:
- Project Scheduling: Ensure Project Schedules (Level 1/2/3) are baselined and updated/monitored on a regular basis
- Project Risk and Opportunity Management: Risk reviews are performed regularly through ARM and quarterly risk reports are provided to ERM
- Finance and Controlling: Support invoicing, cash-in/cash-out forecasts (quarterly) and Estimate at Completion (bi-annually)
- Configuration Management & Document Controlling: Organise Change Control Boards (CCB), both internal and external and maintain a baseline of the Change Control Note (CCN) log with the customer
- Ensure the baseline of all Configuration Items (Documents, Software etc.) are captured and stored
- Office Administration: Manage formal communications and correspondence with the customer and key stakeholders
- Resource Planning (S&OP): Support the resource planning process within Airbus to build up project resource needs
