Key Responsibilities:
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables;
Collaborating with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and develop projects;
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation;
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently;
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines;
Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget and justification;
Identifying and mapping key business processes and taking a holistic view of the situation; this may include examining elements of the organization structure, as well as processes and systems;
Managing a team of 8 PMOs.
Your experience includes:
Proven performance in:
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Equivalent;
CPM certified;
Experience in leading transformation and change management projects;
Strong international experience;
Leading and developing high performing teams;
Robust capability in collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, particularly senior leadership;
Adept at performing well in a complex & results focused international environment;
Deep understanding of the full cycle recruiting process;
Structured communication & highly developed influencing skills;
Fluent in English.
