Responsibilities:
- Management and optimization of forecasts and ensuring high customer satisfaction level CIS wide
- Ensure the process of the on-time and proper ordering for all products (initial, running, drop models), including CIS overall orders
- To control & support the CIS subsidiaries to optimize the process and make max result
- Management of all KPI achievement: forecasting accuracy, stock level, back order ratio, etc.
- Management with human resources of department, leading, and control their R&R
Requirements:
- Experience in leading position of demand planning not less than 2 years (management of big volume of SKU)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point), VBA, SQL as a must (at least User level)
- ERP experience (SAP usage skill as a must)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Good understanding of demand planning process.
- Fluent English
