Job responsibilities:
- Leads the plan team in delivering accurate demand and shipping forecasts and providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed the overall business expectations.
- Orchestrates the Integrated Business Planning process. Establishes effective forecasting communications and common goals and objectives across franchises and functional areas.
- Develops strong relationships with internal teams, particularly: sales, marketing, trade marketing, and finance to align on business objectives and the means to attain them. Leads planning team ensuring SC KPIs (MAPE, UFR, OTIF-D, SLOB) are met, while supporting the company’s attainment of NTS, GP, and MS targets.
- E2E collaboration with region team and cross-functions with the focus on customer service. Collaborates on planning, forecasting and replenishment to achieve improvement in sales growth, reduction in reverse distribution, and cost per case.
- Participates in benchmarking activities and customer survey activities to integrate knowledge into E2E SCH organization design, technology and process improvements.
- Directs and ensures that appropriate planning processes and systems in place are compliant with corporate policies.
- Builds, develops and empowers a high performing team that is flexible and capable of delivering sustainable service level delivered at cost-efficient models, manage KPIs, budget and projects. Develops planning capabilities within the team.
Job requirements:
- University/Bachelor Degree Required (preferably logistic).
- Supply Chain demand and supply planning experience in FMCG or health care industry (Min. 5 yrs managerial role experience).
- Manufacturing/MRP process management experience.
- Knowledge of project management and governance methodologies (FPX certification as a plus).
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent collaborator; strong on partnering, stakeholder management and effective communication skills at all levels of the org.
- Strategic planning capability. Knowledge of planning systems, statistical forecasting models, advanced Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Ability to provide direction and leadership in complex and challenging situations.
