A European direct-to-consumer teeth-aligner and oral care startup Impress is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Performance Marketing who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.
In this role you will be:
Defining and leading strategies to increase our patient acquisition evaluating new channels and improving the current ones
Monitoring and analyzing performance data across digital channels
Analyzing campaigns results continuously, flagging any issues within large sets of data and actively improving on performance by making good use of insights
Adjusting budgets/bids, altering targeting and refreshing creatives on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Programmatic, etc
Identifying new trends in digital marketing, changes in algorithms, evaluation of new technologies in order to benefit the business and clients alike
Working close to the creative team, the social media team and the analytics team
What you need to be successful:
University or Business School degree (Master) in Marketing, BA or related field
5 years of experience in digital marketing (Facebook ads and Google ads)
Solid knowledge of B2C marketing
English is a MUST
Highly creative and open minded to continuously implement new ideas
Communication and project management skills, with experience in identifying target audiences and creating social media campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
