The developers of Ultimate Guitar and MuseScore music products (the world’s most popular services for musicians with an annual audience of several hundred million users) is seeking a Head of People Partners.
Responsibility:
Business support in all HR areas, implementation of HR projects;
Manage the people partners team;
HR brand development, including the international level;
Participation in the optimization of the company structure;
Development of corporate culture;
Mentoring of C-level employees;
Reporting on the results of the work by the people partners team.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position or HRBP at least 2 years;
Experience in team management and development;
Experience in project management in any of the areas: recruitment, T&D, C & B, etc.
Developed management and communication skills;
English — upper intermediate at least.
