Responsibilities:
Taking care of all intercompany and client money transfers, cash allocation and transfers between accounts.
Work closely with merchants and banks ensuring a positive onboarding experience, ensuring they receive the best pricing and payment options suited to their needs.
Transfer business requirements to the Developing team in order to ultimately achieve a smooth implementation and automatization of payment processes.
Regular communication with banks and payment services.
Develop, oversee and manage the Payments team.
Product owner for the entire payment process.
Dashboards & Reporting on payments (quantity of payments with different breakdowns, claims, average resolution time, etc).
Develop the payments calendar.
Cash forecasting.
Required skills and experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in Treasury/Payments processing, payment service providers and/or fintech organisations/banks.
Understanding of the general parameters of the main payment parameters: SEPA/ SWIFT transfers, MDR, MCC code, rates for forced refunds, etc.
Exposure to payments regulatory frameworks.
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills: Relationship management and good team player.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on execution.
Analytical skills.
Ability to solve problems.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must.
Fluency in Russian and English is required, other languages are considered as advantage.
