Job Description:
As the Head of the Partnership Program with Kalinka Middle East Real Estate, you will drive the partnership division to generate significant revenue growth through both new and existing partners in the MENA market. You will be responsible for the strategic
direction of the partnership offering in the MENA Region, Russia, and other destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the chain of partners of Kalinka Middle East such as banks, private banking, investment companies, concierge services, and other partners that can join Kalinka Middle East referral program
- Build strategic cooperation with partners (such as using Kalinka marketing material in partners' newsletters, providing the partner with all the materials and investment strategies, creating mutual promotional events and webinars, etc)
- Negotiate rates, terms, and incentives for partners and sign agent agreements
- Meet specific personal KPIs set by management
- Manage the work of the brokers with the clients referred from the partners in order to meet the KPI for deals closing
- Build and maintain relationships with partners
- Develop and contribute to the success of partner campaigns
- Provide monthly, and quarterly reports for management and key partners
- Take on new projects and initiatives that improve the partnership program
- Organize and participate in partnership events both in person and remotely
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships management is essential
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Fluent English, Russian - strong advantage
