As part of our highly professional team you will be responsible for:
Business Analyst Team Management
Scheduling tasks and resources
Assistance in preparation of financial models at strategic and operational levels
Monitor and analyze business performance, KPIs, trends, understand the business drivers
Quality control of employees’ work, review of documentation
Participation in individual projects as a leading analyst / expert
Requirements:
Excellent analytical skills — demonstrating evidence of being highly numerate
Highly proficient with financial models
Ability to structure and work on financial models / business plans, perfect financial modelling skills
Knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS)
Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of corporate finance and strategy
Practical experience in report writing and preparation of presentations
Business writing skills (both in Russian and in English)
Ability to deliver excellent job, being result oriented
Flexible approach to working, including ability to multi-task
Proven ability to acquire new skills quickly
Team player, curios mind and energetic personality
Working conditions:
