Wheely is a chauffeur-hailing app, setting a new standard in urban transportation. The Operations manager (Kazan Region) will be tasked with developing and executing the strategic operations plan, managing supply, and assuring high quality of service.

 

Responsibilities:

Supply growth: proactive search and onboarding of new partners and chauffeurs
Supply engagement: making Wheely the most desired platform to work with in your city
Quality assurance: thorough everyday work towards best-in-class service, including in-person quality checks
Own and hit/exceed annual revenue targets within assigned territory
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Extending and renewing the auto park

 

Requirements:

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Feels comfortable with data analysis
Able to act independently with some direction when necessary
Attentive to details
Proactive and innovative
Takes responsibility for their decisions and outcomes
Passionate about service quality
Good team player
Experience in ride-hailing field is not required but will be your advantage
