A chauffeur-hailing app Wheely is searching for a Head of Operations who will be tasked with developing and executing the strategic operations plan, managing our supply, and assuring high quality of service.

 

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partners relationships
Create and implement tools to make quality and supply availability numbers in line with benchmarks
Own and hit/exceed annual revenue targets within assigned territory
Define and own daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Extending and renewing the auto park
Track and set monthly KPIs

 

Ideally, you will have:
BA/BS degree
Experience as a country/regional manager
Strong business development background
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record of achieving targeted financial results
Very organized, process-driven, and obsessed with data/reporting
