Expectations from you:
- Lead the development and prioritization of operational initiatives across the organization, in collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team
- Ensure transformational initiative across the operations are implemented at scale and within planned timelines
- Lead the development of departmental goals, including consistent tracking, refinement, and reporting against these
- Be responsible for leading, developing, and ensuring product compliance process and across the region of operations
- Lead global team, building future looking resource plans while ensuring effective real time pipeline management implementation globally
- Be responsible for the coordination, organization, and set up for local and global operations
- Ensure functional development, including growth opportunities for key employees
- Fiscally responsible for capital and budgetary oversight and for the care and maintenance of company assets
- Interaction with Sales teams and distributors: identification and analysis of needs, development of sales, creating conditions for goods turnover (warehouse, logistics and delivery)
- Clearly understand the regional market, regulation and development
- Weekly S&OP preparation, logistics calculation, demand assumptions check, leadership from SC side for supply
- For complex and high value supply issues – suggest options for mitigation with calculated business impact and key summary for senior management decision making
The company is looking for a professional with:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement)
- Flexibility to adapt to changes, ability to see the big picture while paying attention to details
- Strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and high degree of resourcefulness
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including the ability to defuse conflict
- Strong facilitation of hybrid teams and demonstrated ability to manage communication of various forms including presentation, and written communication
- Ability to work independently and represent decisions
- Experience or Training in Executive Management and/or Corporate Strategy
- Excellent communication and ability to lead through influence
- Native or Advanced Russian is a must
- Strong command of English is a must
- Intermediate Chinese would be a strong advantage
