Straumann Group is looking for a Head of Operations.
Responsibilities:
Full accountability for all the Operational Activities of the company
Interact with the local Lead Team and HQ to achieve the best alignment
Setting goals that promote company growth
Oversees daily activity of the team (25 people)
Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed
Manages team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Improves existing systems and policies
Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
Manages client service, logistics, warehouse
Works closely with other departments
Identifies improvement areas and implements systems and\or procedures to boost company effectiveness
Manages internal and external service suppliers
Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
Qualifications:
Holds a University degree
4-5 years of prior work experience in a similar position
Highly proficient in use of standard office software, CRM experience is desirable
Languages: Excellent in English
