Cloud approval workflow system ApprovalMax is looking for a Head of Operations (Business Excellence for SaaS).
ApprovalMax develops solutions for finance and accounting automation. Company is operating out of Germany, Russia and UK, selling our products to the English-speaking markets worldwide (United Kingdom, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore etc.).
The cloud workflow system ApprovalMax provides multi-step and multi-role approvals for SMB business. Coupled with Xero and QuickBooks Online accounting systems, it enables a flexible definition of approval authorisation levels and automation of approval processes for finance and accounting. ApprovalMax ensures better process control and fosters compliance and audit readiness.
As Head of Operations - Business Excellence for SaaS you will lead the sales and finance operations team and provide guidance to the operations automation development team in their day to day work by providing first-class leadership, including full ownership of business transactions systems and processes.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead business operations in SaaS fintech company environment related to
- Business ownership of billing systems such as: 2CO, Stripe, Xero App Store, Xero Billing
- Business ownership of payment systems such as: GoCardless, Transferwise, Stripe, 2CO
- Operations processes optimization and automation (where applicable)
- Set-up and configuration of business automation tools as well as important billing and payment systems mentioned above
- Change management, business operations processes set up, implementation and development
- Business processes reengineering (where applicable)
- Documenting business processes and automation workflows
- Internal trainings on business processes and business automation tools
- Take care of compliance
- Take care of taxation related to sales of SaaS products on English markets

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS / tech businesses operation, automation, business excellence
- Technical skills to own business automation tools, billing systems and payment systems
- Project Management skills
- Prior experience working with Data understand simple SQL logic
- Business Analysis experience
