A global biopharmaceutical company focused on human health is looking for a Head of Oncology and Hematology Franchise within Eurasian region.
Your Role:
As Head of Oncology and Hematology you will be responsible for the development, implementation and follow-up of the strategic and operational direction for Promotion of Oncology and Hematology portfolio in order to reach the set targets and growth and become partner of choice leveraging unique capabilities. Head of Oncology and Hematology has responsibility for a Franchise turnover.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose Promotional strategy for the Franchise in line with the Country objectives
- Responsible for the achievement of the defined revenue targets
- Identify future growth opportunities
- Finalize forecasts and propose Promotional budget, fully responsible for the Business’ financial results
- Analysis of the results, the market, the competition and the profitability of the Franchise while preparing the launch of new products & marketing actions in line with the set objectives
- Ensure the coordination of the promotional expenses
- Define the Sales & Marketing organization of the Franchise while establishing the necessary interfaces with the other Business Units and Functions
- Allocation of means and resources (human, financial, time, materials,) in function of the forecasts and provisions and Country strategy
- Build a strong Sales & Marketing team and ensure that operational excellence is achieved
- Manage the human resources in the Franchise (recruitment, evaluation, development, retention)
- Develop and sustain outstanding customer relations, including relations with key opinion leaders, government ministries of health, local health care systems, third party payers and key decision makers
- Involved in negotiations with key opinion leaders and ensure market and customer monitoring
- Liaise with other Business Units and Functional leaders on a local level to deliver on financial commitments for the Franchise with a focus on improving growth and returns
- Coordinates the interface with European Marketing department
- Liaise with the Corporate teams within the Business and participate actively in the implementation of Global strategies and initiatives
- Coordinate the interface with the support services in Company
- Elaborate and manage the budget of the Franchise
Experience and Skills:
- Academic degree in Medicine / Life Science / Business Management or equivalent
- Min. 7 years operational Sales & Marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Min. 3 years’ experience in people management
- Experience with specialized, original products
- Experience with KOL management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of independent performance-oriented style of working
- Analytical thinking, task oriented and ability to drive projects
- Excellent command of professional business English, spoken and written
- Understanding of relevant therapeutic area
- Reasonable use of MS Office applications
- Presentation skills
