The Industrial Automation BU of Schneider Electric Russia/CIS is looking for a self-driven, highly motivated individual to lead and manage a team of product managers. Head of Offer Marketing will report to the Market Director.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead a diverse product managers team
Insure prompt support for channel leaders (OEM, SI, distributors) and sales teams
Manage Industrial Automation offer portfolio
Create and drive ideas on product promotion
Develop offer mix strategy in line with the global company strategy (GTM, pricing, promotion and campaigns, channels)
Understand and benefit on financial results (OI, sales, GM) and promote it accordingly externally and internally
Work together with global team to adapt best worldwide practices and digital tools
Lead and adapt global digital and offline projects at zone / country level
Key Success Factors
Knowledge of category portfolio and value proposal to the customer;
Marketing mastery (4Ps, market segmentation and trends, marketing and pricing strategies and tactics)
Digital offers experience on various business models and knowledge of launches key success factors
Good collaboration with Global Offer Category leaders, Line of Business offer management, Sales team, Service team, CCC and Logistics teams
Education and Skills
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Management or Economics
Strong reporting skills to management and c-level executives
More than 3 years of working experience in product marketing or similar sphere
Prior managerial experience will be an advantage
Experience with Automation equipment will be an advantage
Experience of working in matrix organization
Consultative approach
Understand the country/region requirements
Ability to interact with Local/Global teams
Fluent English
