Digital media platform Cointelegraph is looking for a Head of NFT Platform.

Founded in 2013, Cointelegraph is the world’s largest digital media platform, covering a wide range of news on blockchain technology, digital assets, and emerging fintech trends.
Beyond the media and advertising business, Cointelegraph also operates a number of business lines including professional consulting, data subscription terminal, job board, industry event management, and marketplace; and we will incubate more new businesses as the industry evolves.
One of such business lines is the Cointelegraph NFT Platform that encompasses all of initiatives in the NFT space, including marketplaces, special projects and collaborations with artists, minting and aggregation of NFT collections by Cointelegraph and its partners.
Job Description:
Company is looking for leaders to join as the Head of NFT Platform at Cointelegraph.
The Head of NFT Platform will be responsible for the overall growth of Cointelegraph’s NFT stream as a platform of multiple projects and initiatives, and is expected to set up and manage project teams and collaborate with leaders and teams of different business units, as well as external partners.
The Head of NFT Platform shall also set strategic business priorities for the Cointelegraph NFT stream, and ensure a smooth communication with stakeholders (e.g, investors, strategic partners, employees).
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the overall strategy for the NFT Platform development
- Lead the launch of Cointelegraph NFT marketplace platform, and other NFT initiatives in response to market opportunities
- Evaluate and formulate business, technical, and resource requirements for projects and partners
- Manage teams for each NFT project and hire new team members as needed
- Enable effective cross-team collaboration
- Manage development, creative work, marketing, and external communication (Discord, Twitter, blogs, etc.)
- Continuously grow the user base, partnerships, and revenue of Cointelegraph NFT Platform
- Engage with community groups, influencers, and artists
- Manage relations with industry partners and investors
- Lead potential fundraising and business development activities
- Prepare regular status reports on the projects, revenue, expenditure, and business metrics for stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4 years+ team leadership experience in managing digital projects
- Proven experience in defining and delivering on a product roadmap
- Proficiency at conducting market research and generating insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders in different timezones
- Strong proactiveness in driving changes and work with ambiguity
- Strong leadership qualities
- Marketing knowledge
- Up-to-date knowledge on and/or experience in NFT/Blockchain/Web3 industry will be an advantage
