HeadHunter is looking for a high-performing Head of New Social Product with a genuine passion for building b2c products with social mechanics from scratch. In this role you will define vision of a new product and should launch the product to the market. Successful candidate should have high level of tolerance to uncertainty and eager to check hypothesis testing quickly.
About you:
- Intrapreneur who could work in high uncertainty and with high autonomy, being owner/CPO on a new product with full p&l responsibility.
Innovator who could create something unique from scratch being on tight resources - Product leader already able to define product vision but still eager to work by his own hands. You have already run from 0 to 1 with at least two products
About role:
The goal in this role is to build new product with number of social mechanics inside. To do so one need to:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and business model
- Segment target audience and define value proposition of the product. Find segment early-adopters which should be addressed at the first place
- Find, formulate and test most risky product hypothesis which could boost product growth
- Define product and financial metrics. Take ownership for achieving them
- Formulate and prioritize backlog for dev team with help of project manager
- Work closely with other product managers and marketing team to find and scale effective acquisition channels
Education / Experience / Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in b2c product roles in startups or tech company
- 2+ years of experience as Senior Product/Head of Product/CPO
- Cases of successful launches of b2c products in portfolio
