Kaspersky Lab looking for Head of MSP Business.
Key responsibilities:
Ownership of global MSP Business development;
Leading global Partner Program aimed on running business with Managed Service Providers (MSP);
Management of the projects around creation and improvement of global infrastructure for MSP Initiating and coordination of global marketing activities for recruiting new MSP partners;
Build strong trustful relations with our regional Channel Teams (EU, LatAm, ME, APAC etc), enable and support them on partner development;
Analyze market landscape and competitors, identify new opportunities;
Review our positioning and offer in order to meet the relative markets needs;
Management of signing distributors contracts and other contractual works;
Speaking at MSP events, workshops;
MSP partners sales education programs management;
Creation of sales materials, assets and trainings for MSPs;
Providing ownership around business relationship with RMM/PSA vendors and co-marketing initiatives;
Contribution to product roadmap development, providing vision for MSP-ready product portfolio;
Regular sales reporting around MSP business;
Requirements:
Experience with channel of Managed Service Providers and IT Distribution;
Experience working with channel partner programs to drive sales and adoption of company strategies
Experience with SaaS and consumption based business models;
Understanding of key basics of service-oriented approach and operating model of MSP;
Understanding of B2B marketing in Cloud / SaaS / SMB segments;
Excellent process optimization and project management skills;
Experience of building and managing virtual and cross-functional teams;
Experienced in data analysis, Leadership skills;
International work experience would be a huge plus;
Fluent English — is a must.
