Tasks
Create an MSL team through effective recruitment process in order to increase Sanofi scientific leadership in medical society
Create MSL plan every year, timely adjusts it based on the therapeutic area medical plan. Create and update medical book twice a year
Do double visits with MSL to identify development areas and monitoring of KPI and task performance
Assess MSL and provide results to Head of Medical Affairs
Realize an effective and timely performance management sessions, goal and KPI setting
Create new opportunities for the next step forward (timely feedback, mentoring, coaching) and motivate colleagues to achieve KPIs
Prepare IDPs for MSL and control their progress regularly
Systematically enhance personal expertise in relative TA, company products & competitors knowledge
Ensures that the subordinates comply with the Global and Local policies and procedures
Prepares reports on the results of the group and monitors the achievement of the performance goals of each MSL
Controls budget expenses.
Requirements
At least 2 years of medical department experience in pharmaceutical industry: Medical Advisor, Head of MSLs or other equivalent role
People management experience is an advantage
Knowledge of respective therapeutic area (Oncology, Hematology, Oncohematology) is an advantage
Experience in medical professional educational activity is an advantage.
