В компанию-разработчик мобильных приложений и игр Appsulove ищут Head of Monetization.
Appsulove is a developer and publisher of mobile entertainment applications and games. Founded in 2016, the company has released over 35 mobile apps and games, which have been installed more than 250 million times.
Main products are UNICORN - Color by Number Game, UNICORN 3D: Color by Number, Numberzilla - Number Math Game, CATRIS - Merge Cat Game, My Cat! – Virtual Pet Game and others.
Responsibilities:
- Generate ideas to improve ad product metrics, test hypotheses, work with advertising logic
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to develop current products and develop new ones
- Collaborate with monetization team to improve LTV and ARPDAU
- Cooperate with Engineering to optimize the performance of the company’s advertising modules
- Communicate with external advertising partners and search for new opportunities
- Manage the monetization team, mentor new employees, set up processes for transferring knowledge within a team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in ad monetization
- Experience in working with different mediation platforms, experience with MAX will be a plus
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Experience in working with mobile games
- Experience in team management
- Creative thinking
